Ballast Ground Mount System
Ideal Solution for Flat Surfaces and Challenging Terrain
A Ballasted Ground Mount System offers an ideal solution for installing photovoltaic (PV) modules on flat surfaces where traditional racking systems are not viable due to space limitations or challenging terrain. Commonly used in commercial, industrial, and residential applications, this system is designed to hold PV modules securely in place while enduring the harsh outdoor elements.
Non-intrusive, Gravity-Based Support System
Unlike traditional racking systems that require posts, piles, or anchors driven into the ground, a ballasted system relies on the force of gravity. It uses materials like sand or gravel as ballast to secure the solar array without penetrating the surface. This makes it an excellent option for ground conditions that require a non-intrusive approach.
Strategic Stability and Wind Resistance.
Ballasted solar racking systems provide essential stability and support for PV arrays. The ballast blocks are strategically positioned around the edges of the solar panel array to counteract wind forces and maintain overall stability. These blocks are evenly distributed across the mounting structure during installation to ensure a balanced and secure setup.
25 YEAR WARRANTY Manufactured with the highest quality materials, this system comes with a 25-year product warranty as standard.
